    • Managing the creating, setup and scheduling of the push notifications for the HN rewards app. • Creating briefs for the copywriters, sub editors & design teams – to create copy and assets for the app. • Liaise with department buyers to make sure that quarterly rewards and special benefits are up to date, making sure we are sticking to the correct deadlines so that the app is correctly updated during each reward redemption period. • Creating weekly reports highlighting trends, users, revenue & active sessions. • Working closely with the CRM comms team to make sure reward member emails are in line with all communications & design • Keeping the weekly tracking document up to date with weekly figures from the app.
