    • Director of Content (August 2011 to December 2013) • Reported to CEO • Delivered all content across the Lions Festivals portfolio of annual events (Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Eurobest, Dubai Lynx) • Implemented over 100 hours of content with over 300 speakers on Cannes Lions alone (e.g. Mark Zuckerberg, Eric Schmidt, Malcolm Gladwell, Pharrell Williams, President Clinton) • Recruited all speakers with no direct cost to the business • Created new streams of content (forums/workshops) • Increased the overall content attendance from 36,500 to nearly 50,000 visitors (38% increase compared to general attendance increase of 19%) • Developed close working relationships with all major advertising and communication agencies globally, as well as new media, film and music (e.g. Tumblr, Dreamworks, Spotify) • Worked in conjunction with the PR and marketing departments to promote the content • Worked with the sponsorship team to identify opportunities - led to the launch of ‘Lions Live’ (content streamed on YouTube) and the ‘Speaker Lounge’ • Executed all programmes onsite, including chairing duties at the regional Festivals • Managed event feedback, including surveys, results analysis and monitoring of NPS • Recruited, hired and manage two new team members to increase performance and scale • Received ‘employee of the month’ awards after every major event Content Manager – July 2008 to August 2011 • Worked alongside Director of Content to deliver content programmes across all Festivals • Managed the Festival’s initiatives for our young delegates, including the Young Lions Competitions and Young Creative Academy • Developed other training initiatives, such as The Berlin School of Creative Leadership Cannes Lions Programme and the master class programme
