Key achievement: Deaf Havana - UK Top 3 album • Product Management of the Worldwide strategy and releases of SO Recording's artists. • Ensuring receivership of all signed off aspects of a release (tracks, artwork, notes) to be sent on to the delivery team. • Organising and negotiating content roll-out and premiere dates plus the creation of assets such as music videos, photo shoots, sessions and promotional visits, in the UK, US and Europe. • Understanding release practices and radio promotional strategies in European, US and Japanese markets. • Developing the social media marketing strategies for the artists on the rosta, working to build their numbers and fan engagement. • Budget control, across releases as a whole, content and asset creation.
