A highly creative strategic thinker with over 10 years experience managing and producing dance, arts and social inclusion projects in the Arts and Cultural Sectors. Combines strong skills and experience in strategic planning, creative producing, project management, evaluation, fundraising, marketing and finance with excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills. Thorough understanding of the policy context for arts participation and possesses the team working skills required to successfully deliver creative initiatives within complex, multi-agency partnership environments.

Services include; consultation, fundraising, project scoping and development, strategic planning, company management, community engagement and participation strategies, producing, project and team management, professional development advice and mentoring, communications and marketing.
Work history
Arts & Culture Project Leader
My main role is to work in partnership with University departments and external arts and culture organisations to develop a collaborative approach to the development and provision of arts and culture activities, inclusive of participation initiatives, projects and placements, to enhance the range of opportunities within the overall strategic aims of Sheffield Hallam Students’ Union
I also lead on the development and implementation of appropriate support frameworks to support arts and culture projects, student volunteers and participants, and monitor their impact as well as develop and deliver training programmes and reward and recognition schemes to support students participating in arts and culture activities.
