  • My main role is to work in partnership with University departments and external arts and culture organisations to develop a collaborative approach to the development and provision of arts and culture activities, inclusive of participation initiatives, projects and placements, to enhance the range of opportunities within the overall strategic aims of Sheffield Hallam Students’ Union I also lead on the development and implementation of appropriate support frameworks to support arts and culture projects, student volunteers and participants, and monitor their impact as well as develop and deliver training programmes and reward and recognition schemes to support students participating in arts and culture activities.
