Having started as a receptionist, I quickly graduated to a role that now sits at the centre of the business
My responsibilities have expanded to span office management, client and stakeholder coordination and PA work. I now proudly consider myself to be the go-to person to “make things happen”
Principally my role is focused on creating and maintaining a welcoming, pleasant and efficient office environment for both staff and clients.
I also recruit, train and oversee reception and administrative staff.
The remit of my department includes hospitality, logistics, building management and coordination of external conferences and away days.
Cover PA to the CEO encompassing diary management liaising with other PAs or CEOs and ensuring that their working and personal life are utterly seamless
