  • I started out learning all the ins and outs to the types of Insurance we sold and managed. This soon lead on to me handling a very large amount of incoming calls on a daily basis from customers, old and new and also other insurance brokers and underwriters we worked with. We had a very high paced email flow that also dealt with along with a large amount of post that was sorted through scanned and uploaded correctly daily. Here is a list of more things this job role inculed: -Opened and properly distributed incoming mail. -Greeted numerous visitors, including VIPs, vendors and interview candidates. -Maintained a clean reception area, including lounge and associated areas. - Screened all visitors and directed them to the correct employee or office. -Obtained signatures for financial documents, and internal and external invoices.

  • Working for a fast paced busy golf club my main rolls were to keep up to date with memberships, old and new, keep all members details up to date and direct any complaints and information on to the correct member of staff. Another big part of my roll in the time I was here was handling all admin for events that the club put on. We held a number of privet club functions such a weddings, birthdays, funerals and golfing events. On these occasions I would deal directly with the customers arranging the events with the pasifics to what they needed working along side out events organisers to make sure every thing was done to our high standards.
