  Photography: Scentless Images for a Niche Perfumery*Apartment is a niche perfumery from Johannesburg. The fragrance or tasting notes from perfumes, skincare or craft alcohol are often used in the styling when shooting the product. To turn this trend on its head, none of the props I used in this series have a scent themselves so if you had to smell the photo, you'd only smell the perfume. Made in discussion with *Apartment's founder and nose, Leigh-Anne Drakes.

  Writing: Through the Prism of PrideI interviewed and profiled 5 LGBTQ+ creative projects for WeTransfer's Pride focus in 2018. "In our series Through the Prism of Pride we present stories from LGBTQ+ communities around the world, exploring the power creative expression has to bring about change, understanding and acceptance. From a sci-fi podcast to make-believe wedding photography to an ABC for the full spectrum of identities, all these projects show pride in their own way."

  Video: Daily BreadDaily Bread is an ode to iconic South African street food guided by real interviews with locals on how they like it done - in crispy batter or drenched in sauce. It was commissioned by Studio H for the Visa Street Food Festival in Johannesburg and Cape Town in 2017. It was produced and directed by Motion City Films. My contributions were concept and art direction.
