  • Day-to-day running and management of the studio; organising all freelancer activity (design to production); recruiting, overseeing and delegating to interns; supporting the Creative Director. Driving sales: liaising with clients; managing orders (invoicing through to shipping); updating client information. Overseeing production: managing all suppliers; quality audit and control checks; updating inventory of raw materials and ensuring appropriate stock available; managing logistics and shipping; raising PO’s. Sourcing: primary contact for key manufacturers, suppliers and mills; collaborating with suppliers; researching and finding the best mills and manufacturers for our needs. Press/PR: working with stylists, magazines, and more to ensure great press coverage; worked on social media platforms for the brand. Accounting: budgets, sorting invoices for clients, private customers and all studio needs.
