I worked for a wide panel of national and international brands including Mondelez, Unilever, Coca Cola, Perrier, Auchan, Ricard, The Peninsula, Clarins, Le Petit Marseillais... Over the past few years, I have been specializing in consumer behaviour by digging into people's culture through data, quantitative and quantitative researches, social media listening and trend analysis. I conducted realized research on The 'Millennial Paradox', The 'Sandwich Generation' or even The 'Power of Instagram' to help brands detecting strategic opportunities to connect with their audience. - Designed multiple qualitative research and co-creation activities with an online community of 30 members. - Moderated the different activities online to guarantee the quality and relevance of insights regarding the client’s objective. - Successfully created a storyboard of the learnings that came out through the research. - Wrote different insight reports for the client, such as product tests and ‘exploratory projects’ and enriched them by data, social media listening and trend analysis. - Delivered a clear and consistent report with an impactful design to the client and made sure it covered the scope of research. - Presented the different reports directly to the client who was always pleased with the quality of work. - Researched and analyzed markets, competitors, consumer behaviours and trends, to support and inform different strategic recommendations. - Worked on the definition of the brand platform for corporate brands to create unique and strong positioning. - Helped develop the analysis of the notion of ‘Frenchness’ to identify strategic opportunities for a competition brief about the repositioning of a French ice cream brand. This analysis ensured CBA won the pitch. - Imagined creative concepts for the redesign of a French pasta range, which aimed to understand the personality of the brand. The concepts guided the design team in their creative propositions.
