    • 10-week full-time immersive student where I learned the fundamentals of UX design. From research and ideation to prototyping and testing, the course helped me understand how to solve design problems using proven skills. Relevant projects: Client Project | Ava | 2 weeks | Responsive website | Group of 4 • Working collaboratively on a two-week sprint as a team of four, we divided up the tasks to play on our strengths. • The problem to solve was designing the interface where the users could maintain a conversation with the chatbot AVA, download their CV and move to the purchase. Concept Project | Apple TV+ | 2 weeks | Native application | Group of 4 • Cooperating on the concept project together, we designed a new feature within the app in order to provide users with friend’s suggestions on what to watch. • The problem to solve was reducing the time users spend browsing relevant content through the platform. Concept Project | Sunshine Foods | 2 weeks | Ecommerce website | Solo • Conducting user research and then moving into sketching, wireframing and prototyping the user journey: from seeing all the products to selecting and making a purchase. • The problem to solve was placing all the items within the web while maintaining the small brand appeal. Concept Project | 1 week | Native application | Solo • Understanding the needs of a single user, I was able to ideate a solution to his frustration. • The problem to solve was giving the user ideas of what to do on the weekend near the area where he lives.

    • Working collaboratively with the Operations & Marketing Department, my main tasks included assisting daily inquiries as well as creating content for various clients. • Supporting clients (ICAM, CBRE, OVB) through email and telephone calls, managing databases and e-learning portals. • Producing web content for our internal website: recording, editing and narrating videos with Camtasia Studio, besides, updating the current website with HTML in Wordpress. • Creating weekly newsletters as well as pedagogical material for external clients with MS Office (Word, Excel and, PowerPoint).
