I graduated from Richmond, The American International University in London in 2015, with a BA in Marketing and a Minor in Art, Design and Media. Through the course of my professional career, I have discovered my true passion for Digital Design, Photography, and Creative Marketing. During my recent career break, I have been enhancing my design skills by earning a Certification for the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. I have also been trying to establish my own fashion brand that consists of womens knitwear. As a Freelance Digital Designer, I work closely with small and medium enterprises to help them communicate with their target audience through static visuals across their websites and social media channels.
I was responsible for the content creation, planning, idea generation and copywritng for all Cleanspace social media channels. I was moderating social platforms to encourage conversation, engaging with each community, responding to reader questions and assist with customer service concerns in a real-time fashion. My daily tasks consisted of managing and responding to all customer service queries and credibly corresponding complex information and making the formal tone distinction in b2c, b2b as well as partners communication. My creative skills were put to use in creating the content for company websites and social media channels as well as designing educational infographics to engage and interact with the audience.
I was responsible for the creation and management of promotional activities for the Suchef restaurants. I assisted with the creation of the social media accounts and day-to-day maintenance they required, such as tracking the growth and impact of social media on the business and audience attribution for social media channels. I was also responsible for the content management and administration such as content writing, editing and proofreading using wordpress. I helped with the creation of digital and offline brand content. I also performed data research and competitors analysis and attended various marketing seminars such as marketing week live 2014, Iab uk 2014 digital marketing seminar, to gain a better understanding of the Industry’s standards and trends, in order to refine the company’s online strategy.
