About me
I am originally from Azerbaijan, was born and raised in Germany and am now studying in London. As part of my "German and History" BA at King's College London, I am completing a year abroad in Berlin. While my first semester will be completed at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, I am pursuing an internship for my second semester within the GoNature start-up. Previous leadership positions have included the Events Coordinator for Strand Magazine, President of a Model UN club, the Head of Marketing of a UNHCR Reach-Out Group and the Project Coordinator for a local UNHCR initiative. I have enjoyed working with NGOs, and now aim to combine this career with my passion for the arts and my inclination towards skilful organisation and management. I am highly adaptable to any work environment or unforeseeable obstacles. Within events, I am very comfortable with producing advertising content (copywriting), reaching out to potential collaborators, searching out venues, discovering up-and-coming individuals and generally matching the event to the brand tone and message.
