I am an ambitious and confident individual who is eager to begin a career in the fashion industry, in order for me to reach my dream of a fashion stylist. I have good interpersonal skills, an excellent team worker, keen and willing to learn and develop new skills. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. Perform against monthly targets that are divided as a daily target, achieve both volume and quality of KPIs expected by the business.
Opening and closing the store, dealing with cash, floating and cashing up tills and dealing with stock. Work with colleagues individually to give them support, specifically underperformers and new starters.
Brief the team to ensure they are up to date with all business news and expectations and working as a team of leaders on projects throughout the store
