Amanda Galal, 25, is half Egyptian and half Greek, she speaks English and Greek fluently, her French needs a little brushing up but it's conversational and her Arabic...is at a beginners level. She was born and bred in Greece, Athens, for a short period she lived in Egypt and then returned to Greece to pursue her dreams in the creative world.
Usually when we talk about someone's personality, we are talking about what makes that person different from other people, perhaps even unique.
Amanda, spent 7 years studying and working in graphic design in her hometown, Athens. After graduating from the T.E.I of Athens, she swapped seagulls for pigeons and decided to try her skills in the advertising industry. That worked out well for her for two years and a half in advertising and various intern positions, that included a position as a junior art director to a web designer managing thirteen clients simultaneously.
She then decided to fulfill a life-long ambition to study and work in the UK and embarked on a year-long stint in London, completing an MA in Graphic Branding & Identity at the London College of Communication which is now terminating.
She is particularly enthusiastic in specializing in multiple design branches within advertising such as design strategy, branding & corporate design and online design, as she believes a powerful brand image is the way your customer perceives you. It is also significant to build a bridge between the brand and the consumer and create an emotional attachment to the product. She strongly believes that the communications process is the prime means by which each identity emerges.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES Engage the fashion industry, fashion schools and the young fashion community globally with the UNTF and its 20th Anniversary, its mandate and the vision of the brighter future free of violence against women and girls. Provide a way for people to contribute to preventing violence against women and girls and raise awareness about the issue in their own way and in line with their own creativity. Provide a social media opportunity to see and hear the voices of many, engaging people through creation and raising awareness.
- THEATRON: ACT 1The concept here was to embrace Greece and all its traditions with valuable legacies of the past by attaching vivid code of aesthetics. The idea is meant to combine Greek mythology with a contemporary depiction of what modern Greece resembles and stands for. Since the theatre resembled a combination of entertainment and democracy, the point was to develop where pleasure and purpose cross and merge. The goal was to research if Athens’ downward spiral can be reversed using theatre to improve a better way of life. This research uses the amphitheater as a platform for discussion, as it could be interpreted as a communal source of references. Therefore, the theatres’ function becomes a game, a symbol, a means of expression, a cultural platform.
