• Project Management including planning and organising both Corporate and art events. Arranging Original art-based workshops designed to conjure creative thinking and making, whilst encouraging team-building within the group.
• Liaising with external venues, schools and art organisations in regards to collaborating towards new projects and partnerships.
• Content management for online social media/blogs/website and newsletters via WordPress.
• Interviewing prospective art tutors for our students, whilst researching and observing their own practice and studio spaces.
• Office Management: Acting on behalf of the director in her absence. Overlooking and running the day-to-day tasks within the office and small team. Diary management, processing payments, invoices, ordering materials, phone/face-to-face interviews, email management, maintaining and creating records via
databases.
