I am presently finishing my Bachelor Degree in Fashion Public Relations and Communication at London College of Fashion, due to graduate in July 2017. During my three years of study I have had many different internships whilst managing my studies; which demonstrate my organization skills and my ability to simultaneously manage various tasks. I have been working closely with showroom, organizing and taking meetings and helping stylists. I have been taught to organize reports, preparing presentations for meetings and supporting material for PR Managers. Helping with events and keeping a professional, positive and social approach. Both being at Jimmy Choo HQ and Patriksson Communications HQ I have a good foundation in working in high level and fast paced environments. Produce quickly but in the highest quality and always having an eye for detail. I have been educated to take strategic perspective in various customer projects, leading and participating in creative teams creating communication based on ideas and products. Doing various project in how to launch a media campaign, including everything from event planning and budgeting. Which have been used in both internships and my education. Clipping all coverage and distributing to the PR Team Filing all the Global Editorial and Celebrity dressing images in the appropriate folders. Creating the Weekly Highlights document each week with the best of the Global Editorial Coverage. Create the Weekly Coverage Report for the UK Retail Stores. Updating the Celebrity, Designer and Seasonal Reports.
Inputting samples into Fashion GPS. Organizing and tracking a large number of send outs via Fashion GPS. Fulfilling price and stockist requests. Assisting the PR Coordinator with monthly reports on nine separate clients. Overseeing mechanizing of the showroom ensuring it is maintained to a high standard. Conducting showroom appointments with various stylists. Assisting in the organization of running events internally and externally. Coordinating seasonal gifting and loaning for events. Providing general office and administrative support to the office.
