Six Physio is a leading physiotherapy company working within the private sector. My position as PM to 13 team members is a varied and challenging role. Some of my duties include:
• Front of house; checking in patients and re-booking appointments, filling, scanning, data collection, letter writing, phone calls, emails
• Diary management; opening and closing, managing capacity, scheduling meetings, updating calendars, co-ordinating with clients
• Debt Collection; drafting letters and making phone calls to recoup any outstanding debt.
• Maintaining and updating staff holidays
• Managing payroll, petty cash and budgets
• Cooperate Connections; Liaising with local consultant and similar business to help the growth of the clinic.
• Drafting letters to maintain good working relationships with suppliers and clients
• Building Management
• In this role I am also responsible for New Business, sending out our brochures and introductory letters to potential new clients.
As Practice Manager my responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Negotiating the cleaning contract, stationary orders and any other replenishment
• Managing the day to day operations of the clinic
• I am also responsible for customer satisfaction; dealing with any complaints, mistakes and managing all queries
