I coach Creative Talent; Freelancers, service based Small Business owners & Media Professionals to create a lifestyle they love without the burnout.
I work with individuals and TV, Radio and Creative Agencies, particularly with creative talent and middle management.
Whether you want more confidence, clarity or more energy and ease in your life… or to get your business on track (or started!)… or you need extra support and accountability to create lasting change… I have the skills, tools, insightful exercises, and passion to get you results.
I’m passionate about working with creatives and Solopreneurs to create more fun and ease into their life, as working from home alone can have its moments!
I run networking events (Solopreneurs Social) mastermind & coworking sessions. I also freelance as an event manager for clients that need a helping hand with their event, either on a project basis or on the day.
I’m a lover of ideas and a creative at heart; winning two event awards and a Sony radio award during my career in creative industries; Radio & Events.
I’ve been featured on BBC Bristol, Psychologies Magazine and numerous media publications; and have been helping others achieve their creative dream since 2013.
I spend my time nr Arundel, West Sussex, where I live with my fiancé and bonkers bocker dog. I love travel adventure, and always packs energy, curiosity, and a sense of fun into my life.
Projects
- Make Mercury HistoryUnited Nations Environment Programme, Make Mercury History Event, Geneva 2017. The silver inflatable structure represented a drop of mercury. The drop was located on the Palais des Nations in Geneva for the general public to go inside and learn more about the harmful toxic chemical Mercury. The drop was open to the public for a week.
- In the Zone - Touring ExhibitionIn the Zone Project Lead for At-Bristol, the chosen partner for The Wellcome Trust's In the Zone initiative that linked to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. A touring exhibition, engaging people of all ages with the science of our human body, in relation to sport and movement. The exhibition toured across the UK to 16 locations during Summer 2012 - the wettest summer on record!
