British Telecoms (BT) | UX Designer
Working directly with BT Wholesales digital and technical teams across 11 different user journeys. I was responsible for understanding how BTW’s clients, process, and systems can be transformed to improve existing customer journeys and craft new ones. The UX team conducted extensive customer research to engage with the clients so we can develop a deeper understanding of the BT Wholesale website and applications to identify the end users problems/goals. In my design process, I created high-fidelity wireframes and rapid prototyping for testing and refining through each iteration.
Edrington, Brugal Rum | Website
Responsive re-design of the Brugal website. This involved constructing mock-ups, to give form to the functional requirements, affordances, and features from the users perspective.
In-house chat bot | Product Owner
A small in-house project where I was the product owner. Our objective was to use a simple intuitive chat interface to bridge the gap between resource planning and time recording, taking away the friction that is forever associated with recording time. This has now grown to merge additional tools staff use to manage resources and information.

Key Client Project - Creative conscience are a non for profit organization who aim to inspire designers to apply their talents to socially valuable projects. During a 2 week agile sprint, our team of 4 were challenged to evolve the site to solve usability issues around the way users navigate around their website. The scope of this project was to make the site more appealing to partners, receive more donations & inspire educators and students to enter the awards. Our client was very pleased with our research and high fidelity prototype and will be implementing our findings.
