Communications Executive
Planning and implementing the Business School’s global and local alumni network’s communications - ensuring to maintain a careful balance between celebrating alumni and school success stories, promoting alumni services and benefits, and encouraging alumni to volunteer or contribute to the school’s fundraising initiatives, and always written with our diverse audience in mind (highly educated, business leaders from a variety of backgrounds and industries).
Identifying alumni in our global network who have gone on to have interesting careers, volunteered for the Business School or donated to one of the Imperial College scholarship funds, and working with them to produce profiles and news stories, or connecting them with other teams to promote the Business School’s degrees
Working with our alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) to pull together contact details for targeted communications or alumni population analysis, whilst keeping the data up to date and ensuring that we and other teams around the business school adhere to data protection best practices
