    Event ManagerBrand Brewery is a creative event agency who deliver unique brand experiences, small and large scale events throughout the UK, Europe and America. With DHL as a major client, I worked across a breadth of events including conferences, employee reward events and DHL’s annual employee incentive event, EuroCup, held in Belgium gathering 3,000 staff from 54 countries. Management of all projects from initial quote through to invoicing, attended creative brainstorming sessions, produce and managed pre-production schedules, created pitch documents and presentations, wrote case studies for use in sales presentations and marketing, and kept abreast of new ideas for events, venues, entertainment and team building activities Responsible for all merchandise and branding for EuroCup event, including; design (working with in house design team), procurement (adhering to strict budget) and distribution (technical drawings for branding and built DHL branded onsite shop for merchandise). Budget of £120k Management of EuroCup event activities including working with production team to build and sourcing local suppliers to deliver cheerleader preparation beauty salon and dressing room, sports massage parlour, climbing wall, football training sessions with Manchester United Coaches and specialist photographers within budget Led creative development with client through to completion for annual DHL Sales Conference. Responsibilities included; helicopter sourcing and permission for landing, costume design and procurement to fit theme of Directors entrance, an evening of retrospective dance (including 7 dance genres/performances), catering management, band and dj sourcing and full running order and schedule management. Budget of £60k Responsible for Welsh leg of DHL Rugby World Cup 2015 Webb Ellis Trophy Tour including; full management and scheduling for back to back events for different audiences with Wales International Rugby player Martyn Williams MBE

    Event and Content ManagerFind a Future is a charity and parent company for The Skills Show, the UK’s largest annual skills and careers event attracting 75,000 young people over three days at the NEC, Birmingham. Account management for 50 Have a Go Experience activity providers (per show) at The Skills Show over two annual shows. Developing content with providers to create inspiring and experiential hands on activities Responsible for all operational and logistical elements of pre and onsite delivery for providers, including; collation of all health and safety information, build schedules and briefings Project Management of The Skills Show on the Road, the UK wide roadshow campaign from concept to completion, including route planning and venue sourcing, permissions from local councils, innovative creation of coach refit to house activities, logistics and stakeholder engagement. Recruited, trained and managed a team of freelancers and volunteers to deliver the roadshow activity ensuring complete buy in to the ethos of The Skills Show National Express relationship manager, contract negotiation and overall budget management of £80k for road show visiting a number of key locations across the UK Creative planning and film production for 2013 marketing campaign “What’s Your Secret Skill?”, sourced and managed film crews, produced schedules and liaising with talent (Asa Butterfield, Caroline Flack et al) and Rankin’s photographic studio Created imaginative experiences for a range of stakeholders at events including; high profile launches at The Gherkin and Millbank Tower, sponsor cultivation events, stakeholder briefing and networking events, staff engagements and training days across the UK Managed volunteer and delegate registration systems and developed conference programme schedules
