About me
I am an aspiring craft editor with a particular interest in Documentary work, currently studying Editing and Post Production at Ravensbourne.
I believe I have the skills and work ethic to fit well into the Post Production industry and carry out the tasks set to me successfully. I work well under pressure and believe I am a perfectionist in my workplace. I am a good communicator in work, and am open to other peoples opinions and criticism – I am always learning. I am very friendly and easy to get along with, both professionally and socially; I love working in a team. My Degree has allowed me to gain a sound knowledge of editing, and my work experience alongside that has allowed me to gain insight knowledge to the Post Production Industry. With these skills I believe I would make a valuable employee.

Runner

During my weeks work experience at the Factory, I was based in their 'Texture' department (Edit Department). I carried out tasks typical to that of a runner; running errands for the office, helped in the kitchen with refreshments. Added to that I dealt with a few small Premiere Pro edits, while their usual Premiere Pro editor was absent that week. I believe this work experience was very valuable to me, as not only did I increase my experience as a runner, I also had my first taste at creating an edit for a company.

During my week at the Farm, I spent every day in a different department in order to gain as much knowledge about the Post Production industry as I could. This involved running and helping in the kitchen, and shadowing many editors and sound designers.
