Management and development of the men's division at SUPA Model Management. Including overseeing the direction and image of the board,individual model management and building and maintaining client relationships with model agencies and models, photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists and clients and sourcing new contacts for agency growth and expansion. Managing strong working relationships with International and UK based agencies for placement and obtaining new models throughout the year. Creation of a scouting stucture throughout the year to secure further UK based models. Overseeing all publicity and image management of SUPA, including digital coverage across five different platforms and establishing SUPA's public facing image. This includes securing publicity across UK titles. Management of the men's booking team including daily support of team members, establishing progression within their roles, client delegation and internal organisation and structure to ensure a smooth running of the division. Organisation of London Collections : Men and working across campaigns, editorial and shows bookings.
Launching the Special Bookings Division at Elite London with a board of over 20 celebrities in music, theatre and fashion. Creative producer of the short film which launced the Special Bookings Division in January 2014. Managing all talent signed to the board including aquiring bookings for editorial, campaigns, licensing contracts and overseeing stills shoot production for the celebrities.
Creation of a new artist management division, sourcing photographers, stylists and hair and makeup artists and creative management. Model Casting for shows and stills shoots. On-going business development and maintaining client relationships.
Management of high profile models on the image board, including securing campaigns, shows and editorials. Creation of the M+P New Faces Division for both male and female models. Developing PR interest in M+P through key bookings plus specific attention to developing an editorial presence. Overseeing all digital content and scouting fpr the agency.
