Working directly with the marketing team consisting of 30+ individuals, split between four sectors within the business.
Brand guardian for Monarch Airlines.
In charge Monarch’s brand with continuous development of brand guidelines.
Produce creative material for all sectors for Monarch Airlines including digital banner, OOH (Out of Home) including 48, 96 sheets both within the UK and overseas as well as creating various internal and external marketing collateral.
Image editing and retouching.
Produce creative both digital large scale print for the following airports; London Gatwick & Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds Bradford and East Midlands.
Create regional and national press ads.
Creative for Internal communication, PR, HQ branding and a number of marketing collateral both online and offline.
Ad Hoc for both Monarch Airlines and Monarch Group, which includes COSMO, Monarch Aircraft Engineering, First Aviation
Manage budget and costing for projects.
Supervise junior designer and aid them with PDR development.
Liaise and work with a number of external creative and media agencies incl, Iris Worldwide, Loveurope , Digital Marmalade, Creative Example, Milton Bayer, LivePoster, Carat, iProspect to name a few.
Assisting with recruitment process.
Overseas and UK business meeting.

Creating all marketing communication for ask-re, its clients and Byoutifulyou.com.
Responsible for Packaging design, logos, new web design layout.
Project manage all web site development ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Analysing and cross-referencing competitors.
Image editing and sourcing graphics for the website.
Producing marketing collateral.
Assisting the Commercial Manager with all marketing strategies and campaigns.
Providing day-to-day support to over twenty surveyors.
Managing various suppliers and agents.
Attending business meetings in different parts of the UK and overseas.
Uploading content including articles, galleries and banners.
Managing Affiliate Programs via AffiliateWindow and LinkShare.
Compiling and managing the weekly newsletter using DotMailer CRM and Composite newsletter tools.
Supervise, develop and mentor Apprentices and Interns with design process and business development.
