, I planned, developed and launched new and existing fundraising products to engage new and existing supporters. Whilst there my largest product - “Letter from Santa” - raised £2 million in a 3 month period. Project managed large team of stakeholders within the charity, as well as managing and briefing media and creative agencies and working closely with external suppliers and printers. Created multichannel marketing plan to support products and projects across all audiences, including large donors, individual giving, PR, events and digital. Evaluated all fundraising activity and reported to a CEO level on success and improvements to be made for future events. Managed own budget and performed financial analysis on own budget and of overall project budget. During my time at the NSPCC I also researched, briefed external agencies and led the creation of new products. This included the development of them, the testing phases and ultimately the delivery of the events and post event evaluation. Responsible for training and development of work colleagues, line managed one permanent member of staff and 3 temporary employees.
