  • - Started as unpaid intern - Launched a blogging project and was offered a paid position because of its success - Scouted bloggers to send to events, who would then write about their experience crediting it to Capital boosting their presence online - Collected a group of over 30 bloggers, who produced over 20 posts of their experiences increasing Capital’s digital reach - Also worked for their hands on promotional team, the Street Stars; interacted with the public, distributed marketing material, increasing the database of listeners by encouraging them to sign up for the chance to win tickets to music concerts
