    Event Project Manager - AUB Costume & Performance Design summer graduate events at AUB June 2017 and OXO Tower Wharf ‘Destinations’ July 2017. - Supportive role to the exhibition designers and builders to realise the event design and to source materials required to build the event, whilst overseeing a budget of £13,000+. - PA to the event designers to help organise and plan their schedules, assist in meeting deadlines, provide transport when required and organise meetings with designers, event managers and participants. - Attend related event meetings, produce meeting minutes and provide neutral point-of-view feedback. - Coordinating with venues to arrange site visits. - Management and consideration of the requirements of the fifty participating exhibitionists throughout the seven-month project and the communication of event details to all participants. - Research and contact the attendance of an extensive guest list of industry professionals for the private viewing. - Liaise and assist with event lead managers and third party suppliers and contractors. - Oversee and assist in the construction, maintenance and event strike, as well as coordinating the event staff. Project Manager/Co-ordinator - ‘Automotive Steampunk’ collaboration with Beaulieu National Motor Museum 2017. - Management, organisation and coordination of a team to realise the commission for the museum event. - Coordinate multiple event meetings, produce the project plan, event schedules and deadlines. - Organisation of multiple site visits with and without the team and to provide the necessary transport to the site. - Overall management of the £2,000+ budget and main administrator for all project paperwork, including the administration of each team member’s budget allowance and related paperwork. - Collaboration and organisation of the team to liaise with senior museum curators and directors to realise the requirements and necessary restrictions of the commissioned event. - Assist in the set-up and strike of the event at the museum whilst abiding by site restrictions and regulations. Costume Supervisor, Assistant Costume Designer and Buyer - ‘Edward II’ 2016, an AUB Event. - Partnership with the costume designer and production director to provide support and event design choices. - Management and administration of the £4,000+ budget for the department. - Buying and sourcing of all department items for the event. - Production and coordination of event participants’ schedules, arrange meetings and produce meeting minutes. Wardrobe Manager - ‘Into the Woods’ 2017, an AUB Event. - Team leader of the costume department and key reference point of the large event team. - Production of the event’s plan and schedules for the department for the duration of the event. - Assist in the set-up and strike of costume department prior-to, throughout and after the theatre event.
