Click to edit position descriptionMy main focus is customer collateral and the customer journey both on and offline - I deliver full customer research campaigns, competitor mystery shopping initiatives and research campaigns on new ads and product proposition. I work across a range of activities including product development, Direct Mail, inserts and especially television advertising – I am responsible for the generation of new DRTV adverts, from conception to execution, handling large budgets and working to tight deadlines. I also book the campaigns for TV every month. I am responsible for handling the selection process for all new agencies that are used by the offline marketing team. Winner of Customer Focused award in July 2015.
