I am the director of a small digital marketing consultancy called Siren Digital (so called because I DJ under the moniker 'Siren'). I work on freelance marketing projects through Siren Digital. I have worked with around 5 corporate clients since 2013.
The Interim Hub is the largest resource on the web for the interim management industry, offering support and guidance for interim managers, particularly those entering the market for the first time. The Interim Hub offers accredited training to help interim managers set up and market their interim businesses, and business services such as company formation, IR35 contract reviews and tax planning. Responsibilities and achievements: • Building and managing three websites for the Interim Hub group, writing web copy, redesign and relaunch of main website • Planning and implementing new digital strategies in search and social media, analytics, increasing lead generation and brand awareness in the online space • Project-managing bid for and launch of Interim Induction workshops, overseeing all marketing and administration of these IMA-sponsored, highly acclaimed workshops • Improving customer experience and strengthening the company's business offering through implementation of new internal processes and digital customer-facing communications • Designing and implementing a CRM system for the group • Writing content for all group websites and two printed guides for interim managers • Advising new interim managers and consultants about all areas of setting up and marketing their businesses • Building relationships within the industry and helping to promote the function of interim management.
