Engaged with potential members as a champion for the club
Key achievements:
-Applied and successfully received grant funding for a project to get un-active woman' aged 11-25 into a sport. The third time I have applied for and won funding in my career (2 with Kent Union).
-Orchestrated the most successful open day, with more members signing up than any other open day held at the club.
-Orchestrated landmark open day sign-ups through B2B and B2C creative digital marketing campaigns via Google and Facebook and member engagement activities such as repositioning the club schedule towards a family environment and scheduling entertainment.
-Launched a successful Barefoot Bowls event using online media and existing customer outreach strategy, which almost quadrupled the corporate and social business at The Club. (Featured in timeout magazine)
