I have over a decade of experience working for a range of startups, established brands and agencies within fintech, ecommerce, technology, new business and music; most recently making the jump from employee number 3 at a fintech accelerator to looking after UK marketing at Warner Classics.

When the pandemic hit, my start date at Warner was delayed (we all thought the office would be open again by the end of April!) so I helped out the customer support team at Mixlr, who were extremely busy during this time.
My role included responding to customer queries, fixing minor issues and relaying more technical problems to the relevant people.
