During my 3 week internship at FRANK PR in London I carried out a number of tasks assisting in the runnings of the company and helping to produce research for client briefs. Some of the jobs I completed included creating media lists, tracking press coverage, researching consumer insights, transcribing interviews, writing up reports for client newsletters and general admin duties.

During my time as an accommodation cleaner for Bourne Leisure I worked
independently as part of a large team to ensure that caravans were cleaned to the
highest of standards to allow for guests to have the best holiday experience.
Responsibilities included:
- Working to strict time restrictions to ensure caravans were ready for guest
check-in.
- Making sure caravans were thoroughly cleaned and suitable for guest needs.
- Providing assistance and directions for guests on site, always being willing to go
the extra mile for guests.
- Heavy lifting, Working in hot conditions.
