PLP Architecture is a London-based architectural practice that values the transformative role of ideas and the capacity for architecture to inspire. My current position as Administration Assistant is primarily ensuring the smooth running of the studio (200+ architects and project mangers) and working closely with the Commercial team to complete administrative tasks to an accurate and professional standard. My responsibilities include: • Ensuring and maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the studio • Assisting with project workflow and managing project documentation • Acting as the first and central point of contact for all clients, engineers and architects • Organizing, preparing and managing meetings, presentations and workshops • Liaising with the communications department and assisting in the production of communications material
Working within a small, dedicated team at Frith Street Gallery, my primary responsibilities as Gallery Coordinator included: • Providing administrative support to the gallery team over two gallery sites • Acting as central point of contact for clients, suppliers and members of the public • Creating press folders for upcoming exhibitions and art fairs • Assisting in events and private views
