• Assisting SEN pupils in all aspects of their education and personal care. • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans for pupils. • Planning daily activities for pupils. • Conducting individual and group teaching, mentoring and speech and language sessions. • Maintaining accurate and in-depth records of pupil achievement. • Liaising regularly with professionals, such as specialist teachers and speech and language therapists, as well as senior school staff and families through both written and oral communication. • Organising and contributing to meetings with professionals and families to discuss individual pupils.
