• Representing our roster of photographers and illustrators
• Knowledge of generating below and above-the-line budgets and all additional aspects of pre-production: liaising with clients, suppliers, set designers, groomers etc. to put together a shoot on time and on budget.
• Shoot experience assisting senior producers and photographers ensuring the smooth running of the day, preparing call sheets, invoicing information and all aspects of pre-production
• Confident networking and attending client meetings, from booking bikes and meeting suppliers to discussing exhibition plans at Buckingham Palace for the Royal Collection
• Creating PowerPoint’s / Artist PDF’S / View Books and developing an excellent understanding of the work archive
• Creating and chasing invoices, consistently in contact with creative agencies
• Social Media Marketing, writing copy for both the agency blog and newsletter - full website and database management
• Exhibition planning and preparation with meticulous detail
• Generating new business leads from an extensive client database
• Keeping up to date with industry news and ways to further promote our Artists
