- Part of the contact team, liaising directly with both clients and financial advisers - One of the Single Points of Contact Team (SPOC) who deal with clients who are ‘persons of public interest’ and/or cases exceeding £12m - Meeting daily/weekly efficiency targets, discreet handling of sensitive information, going above and beyond remit to ensure customer satisfaction - Work experience within the Marketing team; learning about various roles, drafting blog posts and internal communication emails (via dot mailer), marking up PDF documents and attending meetings with Strategic Accounts Managers etc. - Awarded prizes for exceptional service; relating specifically to contributions to high networth cases and also to the use of language skills in translating medical reports/speaking with clients for whom English is a second language
- Working with young people with a range of abilities, many with ADHD, ADD, Tourette’s, autism and also EAL students struggling to learn in English - Development of communication, time-management and organisational skills via the co-ordination of timetables, lesson plans and individual, staggered performance targets
- Contributing reviews of film, theatre and concerts - Interviewing acts/artists - Co-ordinating events - Promotion via social media - Editing the work of other contributors
- Creating itineraries for, planning and then leading educational tours around Europe - The role required thorough research and extensive preparation, strict time-management, efficiency under pressure, creativity in the face of any inevitable issues and the maintenance of a high-level of energy over long working hours
