- East Grinstead Sports Club WebsiteEast Grinstead Sports Club Website The Challenge East Grinstead Sports Club (EGSC) approached us to completely rebuild their website from scratch. The existing site was nearly 10 years old, and the client new that web technologies had changed a lot. They also asked us to manage their domain name, email systems, Google and Social Media, and to bring these in line with the new site. The Solution WordPress was the platform of choice due to its multi-user capabilities, allowing trustees and members to update content. The site was built with mobile responsiveness as the key design feature, whilst showcasing the clubs, facilities and potential venue hire of the site. On launch, the site has had more visitors than anybody expected. We set up their email system, allowing all email clients to take advantage of imap email for all devices. The Google account was re-invigorated allowing the public to know opening times and busy periods. Whilst the Facebook, Twitter and Google+ were all rebranded and a multi-user system set up.

- East Grinstead Museum PresentationEast Grinstead Museum Presentation The Challenge Whilst we were building the East Grinstead Museum website, the client asked us to have a look at rebuilding their touch screen presentation used in the museum. To be designed and be in line with the new website’s brand. The Solution When we looked at how the presentation worked, we recommended them to upgrade the computer in where it was running on, as we discovered that the presentation is run via Microsoft Powerpoint. With the latest version of Powerpoint, it is more processor hungry. So we designed the new presentation to be more visually attractive with large buttons and an easier navigation. We helped set this up on their system and is currently running well in the museum.
- EGBA Email CampaignsEast Grinstead Business Association Email Campaigns The Challenge East Grinstead Business Association commissioned us to set up their business association email marketing campaigns with MailChimp. To then design the new looking notification and newsletter emails that go out to their members. The Solution Was designed new templates to mirror the look of the new website so that members receive emails that have synergy with the branding of the new site. Also, templates were set up so the Business Manager and Marketing Administrator have their own logins to the account and are easily able to put together their regular email campaigns. We have a high open and click-thru rate from the members and have had good comments on how they look.
