About me

Hello! I’m Amy, a Freelance Illustrator based in Hackney, London. I am constantly inspired by the world around me – observing people and places, sketching the details of daily life. Soft colours, intimate portraiture, tactile brushstrokes – I love to capture quiet moments and small details, giving them depth, meaning and a hint of familiarity. Light and colour figure heavily in my approach, maintaining a painterly style while trying to keep a contemporary feel. I love working on a multitude of projects inlcuding advertising, editorial and publishing, and collaborating closely with clients to bring their creative visions to life. I am always open to discussing new projects and commissions, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
