The main purposes of this role is to support clients who are changing their validated assessments and validating new client authored assessments. Responsibilities / Duties · Validate and feedback on assessments created by client staff to ensure they meet with the Cognisco assessment methodology. · Manage and update assessments held in Cognisco systems to ensure they are accurate and updated in line with changes agreed with the client. · Provide advice to clients · As required provide support to authors/associates at content and knowledge goals workshops. · Provide reporting and data analysis support to clients.
As an administration Assistant, I had to do many administrative duties, such as sorting the mail out, answering the switchboard and transferring calls to specific teams or people, ordering stationery, booking flights and hotel rooms, meeting and greeting clients, sorting out travel arrangements etc. I organised events such as, the staff Christmas part, AGMs, EGMs, and client meeting. I edited documents and adapted the formatting, for example I was given hand written documents which had to be converted to a letter or e-mail.
