- Google Campus for Mums London EnglandAlum and Member of Google’s Campus London program, Campus for Mums. One of 35 Founders selected from across the United Kingdom to participate in the sixth cohort of Google’s Campus London Startup School (August to November 2016), a 10-week immersive entrepreneurship program for founders who also happen to be parents. The program has been featured in press coverage from The New York Times, London Evening Standard and The Sunday Times.
- Lough Boora Website LaunchThe new loughboora.com website for Bord na Móna was launched in August 2014 and was a Finalist in the Best Practice category for the 2014 Web Awards in Ireland and recipient of the Award for Best Environmental Tourism Innovation at the Irish Tourism Industry Awards 2015. I managed the creation and editing of content for the website, as well as social media channels leading up to, during and after the official launch of the new brand and Visitor Centre. I worked with external agencies, Roomthree
- Marketing Communications, Editorial and ConsultingVelg Training is a member-serving organization with over 17,000 current members and is Australia's leading provider of Vocational Education and Training (VET) professional development and consulting services. Prior to working remotely from Europe as an Editor and Consultant for the company for three years, I was their Marketing and Communications Manager and worked out of their Brisbane office in Australia.
- Queensland Government PRRepresented the agriculture, agri-science and food corporate communications and media accounts for the former Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI), currently known as the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF). In this role, I wrote the Queensland Minister of Agriculture’s speeches to launch Queensland’s first food policy, Food for a growing economy, and a subsequent business industry grants program; worked on the official Ministerial launch event for Queensland’s first food policy and other state agriculture and food events; and helped launch content for the first Queensland Agriculture and Queensland Food social media channels in 2011.
