The group is a multi-functional media businesses which was historically founded around Mr Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones, his art career and his family office. In recent years the company has gone through some restructuring and no longer represents Mr Ronnie Wood. The recent focus of the company is Outer Sanctum which produces high-end music and corporate events for key clients around the world.
Responsibilities:
Senior producer for Outer Sanctum. Projects including high profile banking conferences for up to 3000 guests held internationally. This includes sourcing and negotiating on terms with international suppliers, project and budget management.
Client management for Outer Sanctum with corporate clients such as Arcadia and Deutsche Bank. Responsible for developing the Asian market for Deutsche bank which has grown to over £1million of business to Outer Sanctum on an annual basis.
Create and execute new business strategies to include the development of presentations, collaborating with external agencies to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Creating annual budgets and projections for approval by shareholders utilising management accounts
Contract negotiation across all companies including sponsorships deals, artist booking.
Extensive experience of artist booking, contract negotiations and coordination to include all rider, tech, travel and hotel requirements. Traveling parties regularly over 50 pax
Developing internal company structure to include analysing company overheads , increasing staff efficient, staff training, utilising freelance talent, company terms and conditions as well and health and safety regulations
