About me
I am looking to pursue my dream of working in the film/TV industry. I am obsessed with film and get a kick out of knowing other people enjoy films as much as I do. Whether through film trailers (which I've had work experience), to DVD's (managing the artwork for Fox, special packaging for Warner Bros and disc labels for Paramount). I am now looking to find my place within the industry where I can contribute my skills, passion, and make a difference. I am a Scriptwriting graduate from the university of Bournemouth and a natural storyteller through a variety of mediums.
I flourish best in a team because I inspire the people around me to work their hardest. I never miss a deadline because I love making successful client campaigns. I am always eager to learn new systems, new ways of working because only by moving forward can we progress and grow, as a team, as a company.
I am motivated when working on campaigns that excite me, home entertainment releases, window displays. I love film and have done since I was a kid, wanting to be an actor, director, writer. I loved how stories made me feel as a child and as an adult I want to continue making stories fun, thought provoking and emotional for everyone.
I get a kick out of improving a process that makes everyone’s lives easier, being efficient is my main motivator in the morning, and I have 2 kids! This is why multi-tasking is so important to me as I hate wasting time, time that could be spent finishing a job.
I like project managing as I like interacting with different types of teams and people as I always have something to learn from them which then can be used on the next campaign.

• Project management: planning, estimating, artworking, production, logistics and invoicing using bespoke systems (FileMaker) to Service Graphics.
• Customer service: Improved the account by sending accurate quotes within 24 hours and winning 100+ jobs that were delivered in time and on budget.
• Collaboration: Decreased the leadtimes of small jobs from 5 days to 3 by effective communication with different functions within the business (production, artworkers, logistics).

• Managed all print deliverables for The Disney Store, including visual merchandising of their windows, point of sale and staging displays.
• Coordination: Hosted pre-production meetings to ensure projects ran smoothly and facilitated the communication between the different teams (production, estimating, structural, creative) to coordinate the shipment of the campaigns to the distribution centre on time.
• Integrated: a new system (Workstream) into the account which improved the briefing process, maintained the history of jobs, tracked PODs for deliveries, and kept the library inventory updated.
• Client relationship building: delivered exceptional service with high attention to detail, and took a hands-on approach to resolving issues with the client in a professional manner.
• Delivered: 50+ promotional campaigns including the first 3D hanging window display for the film Zootropolis.

I interned at September Films, Hot Dog Film magazine and Pathé Productions which was a great experience learning about the industry. Since leaving University I have had a short film made with a media collective group in Kent. I have also had work experience writing film trailers for Empire Design.
