• Responsible for the creation of Golf Performance and Sportswear lines, including Outdoor, Run, Gym and Innovation. • Tech pack development for the entire range and upload to the PLM system (DeSL).
• To take part in fit sessions and advise on necessary changes from design to fit and construction.
• Fabrications include technical woven, jersey and knitwear as well as insulation suppliers such as Primaloft®.
• Sourcing of factories and fabric suppliers.
• Together with sales, presenting the range to agents and buyers at Go To Market.
• Aid the sales team by creating presenters and selling packs containing technical and seasonal information about products and capsules.
• Research trips to the company’s archive and trade shows such as Performance Days and ISPO.
• Member of the Lyle & Scott Sustainability Steering Committee.
• Responsible for the introduction of OEKO-Tex® and Bluesign® fabric approved certifications as well as innovative fabrics deriving from both seaweed algae and recycled options, surpassing the sustainability targets one year ahead of schedule.
