Bring consumer voice internally by investigating consumer path to purchase, usage and attitudes toward existing, new and competitor’s products. Combining these metrics with in-market data to understand WHAT is happening and WHY and build actionable recommendations taking into consideration business and brand strategy. Own consumer strategy & research budget for Finish, Bang, Harpic and Botanicals. Responsible for consumer research inputs into brand planning and supported communication development and measurement in partnership with both marketing and creative agency. Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with key research/data suppliers Nielsen, Millword Brown, agile data testing platforms like Zappi;Toluna etc)
Pioneering new research methodologies to drive agility and insights actionability (neuro ad testing; video insights platforms etc).
