I develop the look and design grammar of CNN+, the new subscription platform of the media company. Making style frames and generating design systems that each show will follow is part of my role. Designing title cards and long form animation content for documentaries, or non fiction features, and interactive journeys are part of what I do.

    ACHAVA AwardBauhaus University Weimar
ACHAVA award for “a short film that addresses a socially relevant topic” ("Las del Diente") Bauhaus-Universität Weimar film festival, Backup and Beyond. Jury statement We listen to three young women in a spontaneous conversation. An often surreal, playful animation underlines the topics and questions that women face: the Pill as a Product of a Toxic Pharmaceutical Industry, Taboo Diseases, and the Question of whether it is moral to put children into this world (without a bright future). Why on the one hand, people with wombs are forced to have children so much, at the same time making child-rearing structurally so difficult? A life-changing decision that is not only under social pressure, but also under time pressure happens. Las Del Diente does not provide simple answers to complex questions. The film opens a discussion space for problems, the solutions of which are long overdue - and in an entertaining way that doesn't lack humour. Bravo!

Young GunsThe One Club for Creativity
Young Guns recognises the vanguard of creative professionals 30 years of age and under. Founded in 1996, the portfolio-based competition has grown to become one of the most coveted awards for young creatives around the globe. For many, being named a Young Guns winner is a sure sign of a skyrocketing career, as well as a source of validation for all of the stressful days and sleepless nights that have come with early successes. "Ana is a master animation director. Her talent is organic. She designs her films with iconic, elegantly orthographic compositions while playing in the abstracts of story, challenging her audience to see the world in a more playfully mature, more future female, original way." -Jury statement
