I write content such as film/book/theatre reviews and also do interviews with actors. I am also in charge of most of the things that happen on the social media accounts.
I made necessary changes on the official website (for contestant biographies and events), I updated the rehearsal schedule and took care everybody knew where and when to be. I was in contact with the Cello jury and made sure they had their folders and needed information about each contestant. Me and the team basically took care of each detail so the competition would run smoothly. After the Cello section of the competition finished, I continued answearing emails from the winners regarding the prizes and such.
It was my first time in a PR agency and I was able to learn and observe the way each department functions. My duties included writing the Facebook posts for a two month period for Philips Avent and the posts for a one month period for La Festa. I had access to the global Philips Avent communication schedule, and it was a really exciting experience being able to be part of something like this.
I was personal assistant to independent musicians or orchestras. I made sure everybody knew the rehearsal schedule and that they were there on time. I was permanently in contact with the musicians, answered all their questions. I helped the orchstra managers when they were in need of extra tickets, scores and other details as such.
