Travelers UK’s first e-commerce platform in an Agile
framework, involving a multidisciplinary team including
UX/UI design, user research, development, tech
architecture, user testing, finance, call centre, external
vendors and legal/procurement.
• Managed the Optimism campaign from ideation to delivery
(experiential, social media, PPC, events, affiliates,
sponsorship and BTL), resulting in an 80% increase in
sales, a CTR of 2.5% and a 12.1% landing page
conversation rate.
