I am a Brazilian, living in Faro, Portugal, since 2015, when I came to continue my Degree in Management at the University of Algarve. In Portugal, I acquired some habits, such as vegetarianism and yoga, and kept others that I had in Brazil, such as sports, namely football, running, and paddle tennis. I also intend to learn to surf. I am a simple, but nonconformist person, who seeks to continually evolve and collaborate with others. I value the balance between personal and professional life, I live by my ethics - humility, transparency, and responsibility - and I do not give up working in a place characterized by honesty, justice, and social respect. I like to lead and manage people and to participate in the design of strategies. I try to be a mediator between problems and solutions and a facilitator in the development of creative resolutions.
Professionally, I want to help people to overcome personal and professional difficulties, seeking to highlight their qualities and skills, contributing to the organization's orientation towards its goals. For that, I tried to have different personal, professional, and academic experiences where I could be in touch with different people, from different backgrounds and personalities. This aroused my curiosity to better understand how we behave individually and as a group. In 2019, the year I completed my degree, I joined the Master's in Sociology, also at the University of Algarve. This master allowed me to have a holistic view of people, society, and institutions.
