As a confident young adult, I am willing to accept the responsibility of a job and give 100% commitment every day. I am a team player and love working on projects with others but also have a strong initiative to carry out tasks independently. My job role involves engaging with customers, supply chains and internal staff in creating strong relationships. I look after customers from the point of interest and communication to post delivery and continue to provide world class customer service for the customers future with the company. I am responsible for placing orders with suppliers, arranging deliveries while keeping customers up to date with lead times and raising any purchase orders to satisfy orders. Many of our suppliers are based overseas and I personally liaise with them on behalf of customers and sales staff. I deal with confidential data daily including personal and financial information. I believe my customer service is to an extremely high standard and have just completed a BTEC in customer service.

As part of my degree I had to complete 120 hours’ voluntary work for a module called professional development. Over a 3-week period I assisted in PE theory lessons, helped plan and organise sports week and planned and delivered my own lesson to a class. The experience not only provided me with insight of what the role of a PE teacher includes, it also gave me the confidence of leading, being professional and knowledgeable in an area of expertise and allowed me to grow as an individual as well as working within a group department.
