  • My job role has a direct relationship with customers and involves me looking after them from the point of sale to post delivery and any customer service issues in between. I am responsible for placing orders with suppliers, arranging deliveries while keeping customers up to date with lead times and raising any purchase orders to satisfy orders. Many of our suppliers are based overseas and I personally liaise with them on behalf of customers and sales staff. I deal with confidential data on a daily basis and believe my customer service is to an extremely high standard.
