Being as curious as I am about all things design and image led, I am well versed in the commissioning of stylists, photographers, illustrators and relevant hand-picked teams with flair and imagination to create content which provides a cohesive approach to the brand and the project in hand. I tell stories and create visuals that reach out to your consumers across many platforms. Collaboration is key.
Although print is predominantly my background, I am able to direct relevant teams to fulfil the specific brief and have done so with some of the biggest brands, creating content for over 20 years.
I am skilled in recruiting and leading an art department, co-ordinating large shoot teams, meeting deadlines under pressure and managing the design process from editorial concept through CMS and production systems to the final product
Having a clear and distinctive vision, I am experienced in marrying the needs of editorial and commercial objectives to produce beautiful quality, high impact visual responses to a brief, creating strong and resilient brand identities across many platforms.

Design and creative lead of the H&G and 25BH brand team translating brand values and editorial strategies into the visual identities of the two titles, resulting in them being one of the market leaders in their respective competitive environments. Planning, ensuring and maintaining the visual and artistic elements of each brand whilst working across print and online channels.
■ Creative direction and design of all brand extensions and collateral providing a clear point of distinction. Examples include the H&G Fabric Awards, http://www.fabricawards.com, H&G Design Awards and sponsored supplements such as the H&G Christmas 2017 supplement in association with the White Company, executing creative treatments that worked well with the brand and added value to that of commercial partners.
■ Liaising with central art and subs hubs to maintain work flow via CMS Smart Connection/Elvis and other editorial transformation systems ensuring deadlines met and publishing schedules adhered to whilst maintaining brand integrity.
